生理學(xué)報(bào)Acta,25,2015,67(4):370–378DOI:10.13294/j.aps.2015.0045370全細(xì)胞膜片鉗研究離體大鼠下丘亞核神經(jīng)元電生理特點(diǎn)劉玲,杜小鳳細(xì)胞膜片細(xì)胞膜片,付欣,李慧,賈慧娟,王欣,羅峰*,陳其才氣中師范學(xué)院生命科學(xué)大學(xué)遺傳調(diào)控與整合生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,上海摘要:下丘(,IC)是觸覺(jué)通路的重要中繼站。本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用紅外可視腦片全細(xì)胞膜片鉗技術(shù)對(duì)廣州大鼠IC神經(jīng)元的電生理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究。共記錄獲得88個(gè)神經(jīng)元,其中背側(cè)核(ofIC,ICd)神經(jīng)元21個(gè),中央核(ofIC,ICc)神經(jīng)元43個(gè),兩側(cè)核(ofIC,ICx)神經(jīng)元24個(gè)。按照神經(jīng)元對(duì)注入正電壓的領(lǐng)取模式,將其分為起始型(6.8%,n=6),適應(yīng)型(39.8%,n=35)和持續(xù)型(53.4%,n=47)三種類型。約一半的神經(jīng)元(49/88)具有超極化電壓激活的外向電壓(-,Ih)。
